There are a built-in BBQ and parking for 2 cars in front of the house, with more free parking space on the street nearby. The property is completely fenced and the first neighbor is about 60 meters away.
Its excellent position enables you to hit any part of southern Istria including Rovinj, Poreč, Labin, Medulin, or Fažana within a 45-minute drive, while around 8 kilometers of the inland road will take you to the nearest natural and charming beaches.
